gemma welcomed me on arrival. she checked me in and showed me to my room (i'd really call it a suite!). it was magnificent and so spacious. it had a lovely cosy feel, plenty of room for suitcases. unpacking was easy and the room was comfortable in general.

the bathroom lacked a fridge to keep my drinks cold. i had to ask them to keep my stuff chilled in their kitchen fridge downstairs (this was slightly inconvenient).

the room was excellent and spacious the greeting was friendly i enjoyed a good quality breakfast. they offer shepherd neame beer. i found the bed linen and towels good quality a lot of toiletries were available.

i found no fridge in the bedroom for cold drinks i asked them to keep items chilled downstairs.
